The best cheesecake with speculoos

It's a super easy recipe: a crumbled biscuit speculoos base and cream with Philadelphia cheese, eggs and sugar.

Ingredients
  • 200g of speculoos (1 cup)
  • 70g melted butter (0.32 cup)
  • 300g of natural yogurt (1.22 cup)
  • 300g of creamy cheese Philadelphia (1.22 cup)
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g of sugar (1/2 cup)

It's a super easy recipe: a crumbled biscuit speculoos base and cream with Philadelphia cheese, eggs and sugar.

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C).

Step 1: The crumbled biscuit

Start by crushing or mixing the speculoos using a mixer. Pour the mixed speculoos and the melted butter in a large bowl, the speculoos must incorporate the butter.

Place the mixture at the bottom of a springform pan by pressing well with the underside of a tablespoon. Reserve in the fridge for 20 minutes.

Step 2: The cheese

Whisk the natural yogurt and the creamy cheese Philadelphia together. Finish with the eggs while whisking well between each. You can also use a mixer for step.

You only have to pour the mixture over the speculoos base.

Baking

Bake for 1 hour.

If it stains too much, cover the cheesecake with a sheet of aluminum foil.
